The Four Pillars of Essential Healing.



Here at Essential Healing, I’ve discovered that there are 4 pillars or foundations that are essential to living the life you came to the planet to live: A great, Conscious, LIFE!!!!

In my work and life experience, I’ve learned, continue to learn and continue to share these pillars of essential well being with my clients.

My work as a hypnotherapist, healer and life coach has provided me with the vantage from which to view the awe-inspiring vistas of personal healing.

Each client has their own adventure on the road to wellness and balance, and it is my privilege to be a supportive partner in that journey.

Life isn’t always easy, but I’ve identified four pillars as foundations to a great life, a life that highlights and empowers all people to live life in alignment with their unique and special purpose, personal clarity and sovereign authority.

Inner Discernment – This refers to the clarity that comes from within – your own personal wisdom and inner guidance, your intuition. When you are aligned and centered, you know what you want out of life. It’s when we introduce doubt to that clear thinking that things get muddled and confused.

Personal Sovereignty – This refers to when you trust and know that the life you are living is free from the outside influence of others.

This does not mean that we cannot have agreements with and commitments to others. It means that you take personal responsibility for every decision you’ve ever made. Period.

When this is done, and you can personally own your decisions, choices and actions, then you are personally sovereign, and that is true FREEDOM!

Aligned Inspiration – You know that feeling of electrified curiosity and joy over what’s next in your life’s adventure?

Or the feeling of total appreciation for the moment you are living?

Perhaps it’s after a great jog in nature, or after talking to a dear friend. That heightened emotional state is your indication that you are in alignment.

It’s from this place of ecstatic joy  and excitement that your most inspired ideas,  expressions, conversation, creative inventions, love making – you name it – will be generated. It is important to understand this about human nature and incorporate it into your life as frequently as possible. The more you are in a state of aligned inspiration, the better your life will be.

Empowered Action – When you’re familiar with the experience of aligned inspiration, you’ll learn to trust that all action that you take in this state is like an exponential power thruster.

It provides massive leverage to that inspired action, making all other actions limp by comparison. It will make very good sense to you to be in this aligned state when performing any action at all. I dare you to try!

Starting your day out in alignment

Start your day in a way that makes you feel great. I recommend:

  1. Setting your intention for that day (i.e., have as much fun as possible).
  2. Write the intention in a journal that you keep by your bed (those who have small children will think this is absurd, LOL).
  3. Be easy on yourself.
  4. Explore exercise and meditation practices that feel right for you.
  5. Before you go to bed write all the things that lined up with your intention (before you collapse into a comatose sleep).
  6. Allow yourself to feel appreciation for each aligned moment.
  7. Set intention for the next day and write it in your journal.
  8. Try it again.

The highlight of the process was an experience that felt like an inversion of consciousness. I began by pulling my senses and attention away from the world and into me as a tortoise withdraws its flippers and head into its shell.

I went deeper and deeper inside myself until I felt an inversion of consciousness. It was as if I did a back flip, simultaneously turning myself inside out in the process.

Now what was outside was inside and what was inside was outside. The General was gone and the Monk was now here.

Other changes? My love is flowing more freely again. Not sure how long this will last given how complicated life is becoming. But I welcome it and learn as much as I can from it while the space lasts.

One thing I see is that, in this space of peacefulness, I can wrap my love around my loneliness and my loneliness disappears. (1)

Peacefulness unto itself does not dispel loneliness. But it allows the transformative love to flow that does dispel it.

Peace is an enabling space. Love is its active agent. Or so it seems.

Healing With Color

With all this talk out there about cleansing, purifying and purging ourselves of the last vestiges of the 3rd dimensional reality or as they refer to in the Law of One material, third Density, it’s tough to get any relief from the continual energetic onslaught that many of us are experiencing. Whether it be solar flares, detaching from fear and war paradigms or managing the calm center in a sea of chaos.


As a hypnotherapist and holistic life coach, I get the chance to work with people who are experiencing this profound paradigm shift on all levels and in infinite permutations. The number one complaint I get from clients is their frustration around the struggle to shift stuck negative thinking in a way that is quick, easy and foolproof.


People are so busy with their daily lives that taking time away from work, family obligations, errands, etc., to hold the light and BE the peace enough to manifest a new Golden Age into physicality is often too overwhelming to contemplate, let alone manage and maintain.


This brings me to my technique. My favorite thing to do is to help people come by offering fun and creative ways to shift consciousness and generate upliftment from within. In hypnotherapy, the general goal is to create change without having to actually “think” about it.

To heal effortlessly. To connect with the subconscious aspects of self so that new more aligned and appropriate internal agreements can be made. To literally overwrite the outdated programming. This may seem daunting at first blush, but I assure you, it’s as easy as daydreaming!


Perhaps you are the type of person that gets thrown off by bad traffic, or maybe there is a person in your life that causes you to doubt your spiritual progress every time you run into them or hear their name! Rest assured, we all have those people in our lives!


So what is a well intentioned spark of the divine to do?


This is one of my all time favorite techniques because it can be used anytime and it just takes a few moments and what’s more, it utilizes the parts of us that are most fun to play with! Imagination and color!


Here is what you do:


First, pause from your activity. Make sure you are seated or in a position that facilitates having your eyes closed for a minute or two. Breathe easily and deeply. Close your eyes (unless your are driving or otherwise needing your vision). Next, notice that feeling, thought or sensation that’s got you so tense and stuck in negativity.


Here is the cool part. While focusing and acknowledging that this thing has got a hold on you, mentally scan your physical body to notice where in your body you have corresponding tightness. It often has a distinct location and can very commonly be associated with one more more chakras.


As you tune into the location(s) of the tightness, see it with your inner vision or with your ability to pretend by using imagination to visualize the shape and color of this tightness. Be sure to keep breathing easily. Next and without judgement, imagine a rainbow spectrum of color before you. This rainbow is intelligent energy and can work easily with your own mind, body, spirit to create powerful shifts. See the energy interacting with the tightness. Notice what color(s)interact and interface with the blocked tight energy.


See the color(s) work in cooperation with the block to shift and transform it; whatever that means to you. This process will be unique to you. There will be no correct or incorrect way to do this. Usually, this is all that is needed to release the blocked energy. Sometimes more deeply entrenched energy takes more time. If more remains, that is okay. All that is needed at this time is a noticing of what is taking place.


I believe that these blocks are being noticed so that they can be transmuted and moved out of your energy bodies. Often, more time is needed to integrate the new more streamlined higher vibrational frequencies into your being. Replacing old with new. It’s like a download of a new computer operating system. It can require some time and focus to complete the process, but well worth the attention.


Now, take a deep breath. Make sure you are grounded to the planet, and continue on with your daily routine and praise yourself for taking the opportunity to take care of yourself and simultaneously heal the planet.

Hypnosis is a powerful healing method that helps people access the aspects of their subconscious mind that controls beliefs, behavior, the autonomic nervous system and memory. Approximately 10 percent of your mind is used for conscious awareness. The additional 90 percent is reserved for subconscious mind. Ponder that! That means we are not “tuned” into the majority of our mind. Hypnosis provides the means to access this part of our mind.

By bridging the conscious and unconscious mind, one has the opportunity to update and heal aspects of life that are not working well.

Stress, fear, anger, relationship problems, control issues, over/under eating, weight management, self esteem, fertility, child birth, pain management, traumatic memory release, smoking, feeling stuck, performance enhancement and the list goes on and on.
